I used to program in C and tried my hand at C++ when it first came out. I didn't have a formal training and couldn't get the first versions of Borland C++ to work on my own. I have heard it has change drastically, so I though I would get C++ Builder 4 and try it again. What are some good books for teaching a person C++ Builder 4 who has C programming knowledge, but not much C++ background? Thanks for your help!
