There are 3 great books on BCB:

BCB Unleashed: And it looks like BCB Unleashed 4 is finally shipping - yeah! A
comprehensive inside guide of BCB:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0672315106/qid=930917471/sr=1-3/002-1116867-7191644

Teach Yourself BCB in 21 days: By our very own Kent Riesdorph, it's a straight forward way
of learning BCB. Probably my recommendation for a book to someone just starting out
with BCB:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0672312662/ref=sim_books/002-1116867-7191644

BCB How-To : While this hasn't been updated since BCB1 days, it's still quite a
problem solver. Formatted as a bunch of simple "How do I..." questions and short,
concise, helpful answers, it's a great reference:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/157169109X/qid=930917471/sr=1-4/002-1116867-7191644

My favorite "learn C++" books are:

"Thinking in C++" by Bruce Eckel. The 2nd edition is a work in progress that he
publishes on the net. Check it out out http://www.bruceeckel.com

"C++ How to Program" by Deitel & Deitel, 2nd edition. It is a very extensive
and from the ground up coverage of C++:
