Hi, Richard!

BCB is at v4 patch 2. You can certainly upgrade. However I am not clear
on the header file problem you are having. What is sys/param.h? I don't
see it in my BCB installation (BCB 4).

If that is some C header file, all you should have to do is find it (and
any .obj it represents or .c or .cpp it represents) and put it in the
right place. You don't need to upgrade for that.
