I have been trying to download stuff since Friday, I think they need to
reboot the FTP server, or if the server is actually that popular they should
may be set-up a mirror site with someone.  I would try next week and see if
it has improved.  I tried going down the UK web site (probably the same
server as the US one) but the FTP links are to the same FTP site.
