One 'gotcha' I fell for was when trying to convert my BCB3 projects into
BCB4 (with both compilers installed on the same PC) is that the old
include paths are left in the .BPR file, as well as some old BCB3
component libraries.

When trying to compile such a project, if BCB4 hits any BCB3 header
files, all sorts of odd things happen - AV's followed by kaboom - the
IDE crashes, etc.

What I now do is let BCB 4 'convert' the .BPR file and then I edit it in
a text editor to get all the muck out. Maybe there's a better way, but
this works for me.
