Do you use exceptions very often? There are several exception bugs in BCB3 that can result with VCL exception objects not being deleted when caught in C++ code. I don't know of any other leaks. (Though there easily could be some.) Anyway, I do know that BCB4 does fix the exception bugs of BCB3. As for your leaks (which sound like something else) I have no idea if they're fixed or not. But I'm still not sure what the actual problem is you're experiencing.
