I have converted a Borland 5.0x ide project into a Build C++4 project
and am having trouble with the compile.  I have located all the includes
and receive an error from a BC5 generated line:

"DEFINE_DOC_TEMPLATE_CLASS(TFileDocument,TGUIRouterDlgClient,DlgDTPL);"

The error I receive is E2441 Instantiatin 'DlgDTPL'.  I have reviewed
the conversion notes and still have no resolution.  I'm sure I have
forgotten a switch or overlooked some really obvious solution, but I'm
at a loss and would appriciate any assitance in this matter.
