help for installing delphi component into c++builder 2007

I tried to install the component into codegera c++ builder 2007 written in 
delphi.
In help file, I found I need put "-LUDesignIDE" in project options/delphi 
compiler/other option/additional options.
However, everytime, I get the [DCC error] E2202 Required package 
'designide.dcp' not found.
I found this file in the lib path.
I check the paths and defines and everything is fine.
I wonder what I must to do to solve this problem
I am very looking forward to the help.
