I don't know if anyoine has already posted this, but take it FWIW.

If you cancel a CB20007 update, the updater will nevertheless take a
note as if the update terminted OK. Thta is a pain, because now you
will be denied the update until a new update is released.

The key is in the file 'installedupdates.dat', located in the same
directoty as your setup.exe file, look inside the direct link icon
called 'Check for Updates' to locate the folder.

If you delete this file, every update will be applied. And, in most
cases, no download will be necessary as the files will be already
there.
