I've created a client to interface with the TerraService.  All seems
to work well except when I try and do a GetTile()

The GetTile() returns a TDynByteArray whose length is always 1.  I'm
using BCB 6

 // iSize is always1, no matter what tile i select
   iSize = Length(image);
   bytePtr = &image[0];
   out = new TFileStream("tile.jpg", fmCreate);
   out->Write(bytePtr, iSize);

Update:

Using Ethereal, I can see the full response from the service.  It is
sending back 1513 bytes in a base64 envelope.  the TDynByteArray only
reports a length of 1.
