Are you using SQL Server? If so, try setting adding pooling=false to
your connection string.
The PlatformNotSupportedException is supposed to indicate that a needed
component is not installed, or is the wrong version.

This error messages shows EnterpriseServices, which means COM+. As I
recall, COM+ (Component Services) was provided by a separate download
for NT4. Did you install this?
Is your MDAC version up to date?
Try adding Trace statements, or debug thru the load so you can see
exactly where it fails.
