Creating a component library
#130

I want to create a component library (the equivalent of a Delphi component
package) to be used with BDS2006 and containing C# components (classes
deriving from System.ComponentModel.Component). What I'm looking is the step
by step instructions to create the library, install it into the IDE and
deploy it to other developper without giving source code.

I forgot to mention that I my components are non visual components.

1) Create an assembly / library.
2) Write your components
3) Compile the assembly
4) Right-click on the component palette and choose 'Installed .NET
components'
5) At the bottom of the first tab browse to your assembly and type in
a category.
