BDS 1.0 and BDS 2.0 - No topic - based help system insalled

After installing .NET framework 2.0 on my system, BDS 1.0 and BDS 2.0 seem 
no longer able to find dexplore.exe, displaying the error message: No 
topic - based help system installed.

How can I correct this error?

Have you tried this?

1. Launch REGEDIT.
2. Locate: My Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\DExplore.exe
3. Locate entry: AppID (it's REGSZ value).
4. Change it to: {4A79114D-19E4-11d3-B86B-00C04F79F802}
