Hi ,
    In the ASP.NET , consider the following code

    .
    .
    Application.Lock()
    Application("HITS") =      Convert.ToInt(Application("HITS")) + 1
    Application.UnLock()
    .
    .

    Will the execution of the above code block  the access to  all the
application variables or
    only to Application("HITS") ?
