All I know is that I clicked on the link and the spyware program 
SYSAI.EXE was immediately installed on my machine, complete with registry 
keys and a folder in ..\Program Files. I could tell because I was 
immediately bombarded by popup ads. I had just run a full Norton AV scan 
the night before and my system was clean this morning.  If you have virus 
blocking software like Zone Alarm or some other firewall, I guess you 
would be protected.  I don't have it on my office system yet.  Yesterday, 
when  I ran Norton, it found 65 files scattered all over my system that I 
had to delete, mostly by hand in a four hour search and destroy 
operation. Now I understand why my system was running slower and slower. 
I would love to see all of these adware/spyware creeps die a slow and 
painful death.  By the way, FWIW, it appears that some of the spyware 
stuff was written with Delphi (my #1 language).  I examined some of the 
executables and DLL's before I torched them.
