Compiling projects via command line

Hi,

Where can I find command line parameters for D6?
I want to compile my projects from BAT file without
starting Delphi.

Is possible with D6?

Thanx for any help.

I have built quite a few projects over the years using "DCC32.exe" instead of Delphi32.exe without
any problems at all. About the only thing you might have to do is update the bin\Dcc32.cfg file by
adding the correct "-U" settings to your default library paths.

Thanx for answer,

dcc32.cfg has already that path defined with -u
I found inside cfg the below lines:

-aWinTypes=Windows;WinProcs=Windows;DbiProcs=BDE;DbiTypes=BDE;DbiErrs=BDE
-u"D:\Program Files\Borland\Delphi6\lib"

Maybe I must add paths of all units from Library here?

Done! it works, very thanx!

for some units an error occour regards directives like: XXXX.inc not found!
then I copy that .inc where is missing, defineing a path is not enough.
Maybe because those third party components that ask for XXXX.inc are
little buged...

Another Q: Is possible to compile just project instead of build all units?
I can not find out the compiler directive about.....

I think you want -M and be sure to leave off -B.

Typing dcc32 /? from the command line gives *most* of the options.
It's missing a couple that are important for building packages
(for example, -LE and -LN), but has most everything else, I think.

Thanx it works fine

I think that dcc32 listen to project option settings to build or compile.
If you add other swatches in batch then the project options are overrided..
