I have a multilanguage project which uses the internal localization of Delphi 2007. In the IDE I always have to use 'UPDATE LOCALIZED PROJECTS'. But I want to build this in a continuous integration environment with MSBUILD (cruisecontrol.net). But the generated output of my language files is wrong. All the lines in the DRC are compiled incorrect, so it's a complete translation mess. Only the component translations are correct. The resource strings are not working. Does anyone have experience building multilanguage applications with the command line compiler? Kind regards, Robin van Nooij http://www.the-software-box.com

Hi Robin, I know you use ITE but take a look at Sisulizer. It produces the same resource DLL as ITE but is much easier to use and has more features. Sisulizer also contains command line tool that you can use in your makefile to build resource DLLs SlMake.exe create Project1.slp The above command create the localizedc output files (e.g. resource DLLs). Switching from ITE to Sisulizer is easy. When you create a Sisulizer project it can automatically import existing translations from ITE. Sisulizer is made in Delphi.
