Can I tell DCC32 to use a different CFG file than DCC32 or the one
named the same as my project?  Using D7.

Well, 

I build a special environment with vbs scripts to deal with this.

While it also depends whether you build a package or a simple
application.

Shortly I will put this to the public domain for free usage
