When I try to run my app in the BDS 2006 IDE, I get an error saying the 
client libraries aren't installed.  Yet, if I run the just compiled app from 
the file explore, it runs fine.

I checked and double checked paths and the like.  I finally tried setting 
the working directory under Run|Parameters to the Oracle bin directory.  Now 
the app works.

What is going on here?  Why can't BDS use the path properly so the app can 
load its support DLLs?

Any ideas?  I don't really want to LEAVE the working directory set to 
Oracle.
