if I copy a winmobile db to pc can a delphinet app access it in bds 2006 ?

What is a winmobile database? As far as I can see, winmobile can host many 
different databases. You need to say what kind of database and which version 
before anyone can say for sure, but as long as there is an ADO or ADO.Net 
driver for that database then Delphi should be able to access it just fine.
