bitwise confusion

Hi,

I am programming in Delphi. I did a search for
'bitwise' operator and the first entry I came
upon was "ms-help://borland.bds5/devwin32/bitwise_ops_xml.html"

I tried it, but it complained about no identifier
until I realized I was using the C++ version. (This
is something I would imagine a 'new user' might come
across.)

On that page, there are no indications as to which
language it applies to. Only when I go to the next
page or previous page does it state clearly it was
for the C++ flavor. (Imagine a new user knowing
neither C++ nor Delphi and coming across the
above page. It certainly would prove frustrating.)

This is just a minor confusion on my part, but
it would be helpful should the page be clarified as
to which language it pertains to.

Edmund

PS: Incidentally, the next search results was the
correct one.
