Thanks Jim for the info. It works - but not how I expected. The image it loads is not the Close 'X' image I see on an ordinary window but 2 small 'thunbnails' of a simple forms! 
Going through the other OBM_ constants, they all seem to be the old Win 98 type style. I can't find any of the images that are actually used in my Win XP theme.
