is anybody have any experience placing controls (edit box, buttons)
over the main menu bar?
The simplest example - drop mainmenu on the form, add file,edit,help
menu item.
Drop Edit box on the form and display right on the left from last menu
item (help in this case). The Edit1.Top will be -16, but it shouldn't
be covered by menu bar.
I want to use standard TMainMenu (WinAPI SetMenu), not custom action
bar.
