I am unable to put a background image on a Listview in Delphi 7

Here is a piece of my program, but it does not work

  FillChar(BKimg, SizeOf(BKimg), 0);
  BKimg.ulFlags := LVBKIF_SOURCE_URL  or LVBKIF_STYLE_TILE;
