Hello,

While testing Peter Below's spyprinter component I found the following
problem:
- it works fine in a service in Windows XP
- it doesn't work (it doesn't receive print notifications) on windows
2000 in a service
- but it works fine on windows 2000 inside an application

It would be great if anybody could help me sort out why it doesn't
work if used in a service but does work from a normal application.
