I am trying to create an application that looks like the GB-PVR software.
According to the author, he uses GDI+ and images for the application and
can be resized according to the screen resolution, much like Microsoft's
Windows Media Center as well. I am looking for a good start on how to
use GDI+ in my applications and I appreciate any help in advance to further
my research.

Do you mean the use of the GdiPlus package from Prodigy? There are lots of 
samples with it.

I've just downloaded Gdiplus and I am starting to go through the samples.
