Hi I installed suceesfully OptimizeIt on my WAS Server. But when I am starting the Application Server I first got the message: StaleActiveObjectInvocation Exception Starting Application Server Then I added the following arguments to the JVM command line parameters. -Xbootclasspath/a:<OptItDir>/lib/oibcp.jar That worked. But now I am getting the message from the AppServer (stderr file) : ... OptimizeIt generic Audit System. [IBM VM detected] Malloc for 8 bytes failed About to crash The Application won't start. Any help is very much appreciated Chris Greis

Hi Chris, Is brand and version of Linux are you using WebSphere 4 on? Is this Suite or Ent Suite? How did you integrate with Optimizeit with WAS -- did you use the integration instructions for WAS 4 located in the Help dialog (accessible from the Help menu of the Optimizeit GUI)? Which JDK are you using -- please include the output of the "java -version" command. Can you please post the full output of the error log file(s)?
