Continuous prompting for Activation File

I downloaded and installed Optimizeit. I then placed the trial activation file that was emailed to me in my home directory. When I launch I am prompted for a serial number or an activation file. I select the "Have activation file" option, hit next and browes to my home directory. When I hit next in the Registration wizard I am directed bat to the previous pane of the wizard where I am prompted for at S/N or activation file... = endless loop. I tried reinstalling OptimizeIt but that didn't help. I would like to evaluate OptimizeIt but I can't get past this issue. I followed the provided directions, what am I missing? Thanks in advance -LM

btw - i didn't get any error message, I was just redirected to the previous wizard page. Hi lm, What version of Optimizeit did you download? Was it Suite 6 or Ent Suite 6? What OS platform (and OS version) are you running on? Is this the first time you've registered this product with a trial key? Is the date on your computer set to the current date?
