Hi, I have the full edition of Optimizeit Suite and have been working happily with it in the past. However, after not using the app in a number months, I get an error message when opening any of the applications. The error message is: User name does not have permission(9,9) I've tried stopping and starting the license server, but no joy. I've edited the userlist.txt file in the conf directory of the license sever, but still no joy. Can someone give me some pointers on how to fix this please? (I'm really desperate to use the app asap!) Thanks, Dom

I'm still having trouble with this. I've gotten new named and server slip files but it still doesn't work. I know my licence is still valid. Can anyone please please please help me here? I've fixed my problem. My userlist.txt file had an off-line period of 100 days. The maximum this value can be is 30 days. Perhaps Borland should be more informative with their error messages!
