I purchased Delphi 2005 Professional Upgrade from Borland on-line, received the product by mail, and successfully installed it including OptimizeIt Profiler for .NET Framework 1.1. When launching OptimizeIt, I receive a prompt requiring that I "register" OptimizeIt by supplying a "serial number and key" or by providing an "activation file." The product can't be used until it's registered. There is no serial number and/or key supplied with the product, the serial number and key are not found on the registration card, the serial number and key are not found anywhere on the materials in the box or on the CDs themselves. And finally, there is no activation file provided with the product or on the CDs. How do I register OptimizeIt? Borland has not responded to numerous customer service emails.
