Do you have nowait enabled? If so, do you have journaling enabled? Are you testing against a local or remote database?

Karol, I'm afraid this time your avi's don't help me very much. I have tried your sample code on several machines (XP and Windows2003) and with different conditions (local and remote database with and without journaling) and can not reproduce it. Can you give me more details about your conditions, like OS, speed, local or remote database and journaling or not?

Gelein - i discover what is wrong. I manage 2 servers Interbase and Firebird. I connect to wrong server not Interbase but Firebird 1.5.4. All is ok for Interbase. But i do not know why this can make some difference? Karol Bieniaszewski

Scripts like you used, are now handled sleightly different, which Firebird does not understand.
