FYI: This is an IBConsole problem, not a Linux server problem, and has been
answered many times in the interbase.public.kinobi.ibconsole newsgroup.

Basically, you need to download the 308 build from the InterBase site (at
the bottom of http://www.interbase.com/open/downloads/ib_download.html).
