Cannot start server

I've installed Interbase6 on REDHAT 7.

When i try to start the ibserver whith this command :  ibmgr start
i get an error. in the log it says:
/opt/interbase/bin/ibguard: bin/ibserver normal shutdown
INET/inet_error: receive in try_connect errno=104

Can someone help me ?
