Hi,
I am confused by the various licencing issues, what they mean and how to
apply them.
Hopefully someone can explain them to me.

QUESTION:
IB6.0 Version 1.0.1.340 that came packed with Delphi7. What is this regarded
as - open source/closed source
If I write an application that makes use of this particular version of IB,
and distribute it with the application, does my customer then need to pay
some kind of licence fee, or what?
