Hi I'm using InterBase OS and on one of the computers (W2K) where we have a program running, sometimes I find out that the application crashes, and when I check the InterBase Manager the status shows a message that "The InterBase Server is currently not installed". So I just login with the administrator account on windows to find the ib service running. Any tips on what can be causing this behaviour? Thanks in advance, Moises

That is a Winsock error. To get the error message type net helpmsg 10054 at a command prompt. The most likely cause is a network hardware problem. -- Bill Todd (TeamB)
