Bryan, IMHO, it is better if you wrote your own app to do such a thing.

Programs from a third party who have no idea of your architecture, databases
etc.
would not be absolutely perfect in getting the job done. Even if it did,
there would be
some minor workarounds needed for it to work.

Basically you would write a data transfer app which accesses both databases
and
transfers data from tables in the required direction. You would run this app
at a
pre-defined time or during off-peak hours so as not to degrade performance
for
users who are using either database. Of course you would need Delphi Ent Ed.
