We use the functionality of generators increasing by a number different than
one.

Each database start its generators at its own number (1 for the first, 2 for
the second ......) and increases the generators with 10 (we have a maximum
of 10 databases. We will switch to an increase op 100 if needed...)

The only problem is to make sure to increase the generator everywhere with
10. (That's done in the client app, Delphi with IBX 5.02)
