I've installed IBReplicator Server and Manager. Using the Manager, I set
up the replication config. However the replication is not working, because
the InterBase Replication service (under WinNT4 Server) will not run. When
I try to manually start the thing it says:

"Could not start the InterBase Replication service on \\WebDev
Error 0002: The system cannot find the file specified".

Also, when I run "Configure Services" and try to start the "Replication
Server" I get the a different error:

"Service Failed to Start:
System cannot find the file specified"

Know how to get this working?

Any help would be appreciated.

cheers,
Graham.
