We are about to embark on our first customer installation of IB Replicator. We are using IB 7.1 SP2 server, with two sites. Normal operation will have us replicating from site A to S, but if a disaster occurs we will need to synchronize back from S to A when A has been put back together. User community advice is solicited re: which version of IB Replicator to use. Our choices seem to be the version bundled on the IB 7.1 CD (don't know if this has been updated since the original 7.1 CD was released last summer) or the newer version available direct from IBPhoenix. Cost is not the issue here (IBR just doesn't cost all that much to begin with). Reliability is our first concern, followed by features. Your comments, please.

IBPhoenix is the current owner of the source files for IBReplicator. They regularly release updates to IBR. -- With regards, Martijn Tonies Database Workbench - developer tool for InterBase, Firebird, MySQL & MS SQL Server. Upscene Productions http://www.upscene.com
