I have a table called Regions then I need to obtain then region and its
descendants ... my table has teh struct below :
CREATE TABLE regions(
       oid_region           NUMERIC(10) NOT NULL,
       oid_parent              NUMERIC(10),
       description            VARCHAR(50) NOT NULL,
       data_c               TIMESTAMP,
       data_u               TIMESTAMP,
       PRIMARY KEY (oid_region),
);

I need to know how to create a procedure that returns the values , for
example :

Table REGIONS

OID_REGION         OID_PARENT    DESCRIPTION

1                                0                            LATIN AMERICA
2                                1                            BRAZIL
3                                1                            BOLIVIA
4                                2                            SAO PAULO
5                                4                            BARUERI


I want the follow resut :

Brazil
Sao Paulo
Barueri
