In a where clause I have :

.. and not (flart = '1') ..

with flart = null test fails.

Do I need to change it in :

and (flart is not null) and (not flart = '1') ?

Thanks

.. and not (flart = '1') ..

right test should be

and (((flart is not null) and (not flart = '1')) or
       (flart is null))

That is correct. Null is a state meaning that there is no value. Null
is not equal to anything. Any test for equality that includes null will
be false.
