I have a situation where a query does a SELECT * from a table whose column names aren't immediately known. Is there a way to extract the resulting rowset's fields' names? This is IB c/s 1.5 and Oracle 7. TIA Bob Israel UW-Extension rlisrael@facstaff.wisc.edu
