Do parameterized queries actually work in Access 97 and IB 1.5?  I was able
to make them work using Access '95 and Delphi as I recall.  Join the tables
in Access, cut and paste the SQL into the sql.strings array, replace the
Microsquish square brackets with a :variable, occasionally do a prepare,
etc, but for the most part it worked OK.  The same process works only if I
hard code the value into the parameters array and set active to true.  
What's the trick making it work when I change the parameters array in
javascript?  Can someone on  TeamB over yonder let me know?
