When I assign the following SQL statement to the Sql Query property I get a database engine error message: "Table Read-Only". SELECT ITEMS.LATIN_NAME,ALL_INVENTORY.TREE_SIZE , ALL_INVENTORY.SIZE_UNITS , ITEMS.IMAGE FROM ITEMS,ALL_INVENTORY WHERE ( (ALL_INVENTORY.LATIN_NAME = ITEMS.LATIN_NAMES) AND (ITEMS.LATIN_NAME = "Magnolia GranDihora Migtig") AND (ALL_INVENTORY.TREE_SIZE = 8 ) AND ( ALL_INVENTORY.SIZE_UNITS = "feet" ) ) ALL_INVENTORY is defined as a view in the Interbase database I am using. This SQL statement works when I plug it into the Interbase's SQL tool. Why is this happening? Thanks. Scott
