remote debug IOException

I write a EJB demo program, config a Runtime Configurations, and choose 
Server Type, when i run it, it is correctly, but when i debug it, the 
message pane show following message:


-- IOException attaching Remote Java debug process --

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect


my computer's network is ok, what's wrong?

There are settings, like the ports it is trying to use, that are echoed 
into the Message Pane.  Make sure your firewall software is not blocking 
those ports.

Hi all,

What happens if you are attempting to debug ejb locally? I am using Weblogic 8.1 and receive the same error message.
