I presume you mean the jar node's Properties | File attribute is getting
lost?  If that's what you mean, please describe your machine's environment
in more detail, because my jar nodes have never lost their File setting.
I do write all of mine into the project directory, not someplace else,
though.  In my jpx file, their 'TargetPath' property contains only the
file name, something like "blah.jar" but without the path.
