(if there are any) When JBuilder opens a java source file, by default it will preserve the newlines already present in the file. So, if the file comes from a unix platform, it probably has unix newlines, and JBuilder adapts to those automatically. JBuilder doesn't generally change the existing newline style in a file unless you have JB6 or better and have used Project | Properties | Editor to force JB to use a different newline style. My question becomes: Where are your files getting these unix newlines from? If they had been created on windows, they'd have windows newlines, and JB would preserve those as well.
