The version of the JRE in the installer is incompatible with the P4. JB will run fine once it is installed. There are postings on the Borland site about how to do it, but the putline is to install a working JRE from another source, such as the Sun site, then hand install the four portions of the JB kit (bins, docs, etc) individually. There is a required order, which I forget. I've done it, and its not hard oce you have a P4 compatible JRE installed. Doug
