As another poster stated, you can do this with VB.  Specifically, both 
outlook and Excel have embedded VB interpreters, so its not all that 
tough to do.  Not sure about Outlook Express, but it still wouldn't 
surprise me.

Post your question in one of the Microsoft groups, and you should get 
plenty of information.
