You don't say which version of JBuilder you're using, so I'm going to assume it's
JBuilder5.

There is a version of jaxp provided with the 'BorlandXML' package in
/jbuilder5/extras/BorlandXML. There is a library definition and a jaxp.jar file
in /jbuidler5/lib/jaxp.jar. This ends up on JBuilder's own Classpath and is probably
used in a wizard or two somewhere (but I don't know for sure.)

You can reuse JBuilder's jaxp.jar in your own projects (see the information in
the extras directory for details.) However, if you need a newer version
of Jaxp, you should stick it somewhere else (not in jbuilder5/lib!!) and define
a custom library name for it. Then use that in your own project.

Keep in mind that compiling a java program does *not* produce a self-contained
linked runtime image like a C or Delphi program does. If your code uses jaxp.jar,
you will need to somehow provide jaxp.jar with your application. The archive builder
can help with that if you decide to simply bundle jaxp classes into your own jar.

There isn't anything you can do except install the version of jaxp you need
for your app. Just don't overwrite the original version in jbuilder5/lib or
JBuilder itself may break.
